This was real find for those of you who love the sought after "coated" (longer coated) puppies which occassionally show up in a German Shepherd litter. The ones with fuller coats have some benefits over their brothers and sisters in terms of pet quality, overall bigger bones, less shedding, a more agreeable temperament, and better hips on average. The major difference is that the "coated" German Shepherd puppies in the litter have fuller coats. Dad is Viernheimi Nick, the Hungarian sieger, a "VA" dog (excellent select) and bred over 160 times because of his ability to put red pigment into litters. Click "Nick's pedigree" to see Nick's pedigree. Rapunzel is from the famous German "Arminius" kennels, a dark red and black Ursus Batu daughter. Ursus is an often sought after line breed and is a wonderful "VA" dog. Her mother is "Saskia Arminius" also a "VA"!!! What an incredible pedigree. Pups have a "VA" father and a mother who has two "VA" parents and herself "highly recommended for breeding" (KKL1). Both have schutzhund titles and German "A" stamped hips... Just look at that pigment and the size of the male's paws! And have you seen a puppy more charming than the female?

But my "coated" shepherds sell very fast, especially at this price. My last two sold two times over each. These are beautiful dogs with exquisite pedigrees, drives and wonderful temperaments.
